LuxeLift Powered Toilet Lift with Bidet and Dryer

The lift works perfectly! Their customer service was great. I had to call a couple of times. If they did not answer right away, they called me back within a few minutes. I highly recommend this company.

dryer speed slow needs more power to blower other then that looks good just tried it out a few times will need to get use to it a new thing for now will take time to see how it all works thank you will be in touch.

This is a very sturdy and practical resource for anyone needing a little extra help. I purchased in anticipation of upcoming mobility loss and found the price to be manageable compared to others.Set up took about 45 min with the attachment to the existing water line.

I have a taller 19" toilet, so I was glad to see that the company offers extra-tall feet on their website. I also purchased the foldable handle, which turned out to be a great add-on. I do wish it came included, but even with the extras, it is still much cheaper than Dignity Lifts.

This has made such a difference for my mom. Before, she would basically fall onto the toilet and then have a hard time standing back up. Now she feels much more supported and confident. I’ve been telling friends about it too, because so many of us have parents who could use this kind of help.

Installation was simple, and the lift makes a big difference when standing up. Wiping can still be a little difficult, but the bidet feature really helps and makes the whole experience much easier.

OK Needs to have higher lift for base

After trying it in our second home, we liked it so much that we installed another one in our primary residence. The product feels very sturdy and is incredibly practical. It exceeded our expectations, and we’ve since purchased other lifting products from Innovative as well.

The seat is a bit smaller than I expected, and the splash guard could use some improvement. That said, it’s still a great product overall and has been very helpful.

The LuxeLift arrived with some minor damage despite being packed very well. Fortunately, the lift still worked perfectly. I contacted customer service, and Rusty offered a partial refund, which made it a great deal overall.

I love the lift, the bidet, the heated seat, and the night light. Every feature has been great. I absolutely love it!

I was visiting my mother who has one of the bidets that this company sells. She believed there was a problem with the remote control. I tried a couple of times to get the remote to work without success and tried "new" batteries that Mom had also without avail.
It was a Sunday evening but I called the number listed on the instruction manual, and opted NOT to leave a message. Later that Sunday evening the President of the company called back anyway and was very helpful. He offered to send a shipping label to return the "bad" remote (which he did) and also he immediately sent a new remote to Mom ( she lives in another state).
I have NEVER had such personal service from any company - He made sure we had what we needed and made it right!!
Hats off to the determination of this company and their excellent product.

This has made a real difference for my father-in-law, who struggles with mobility, even with a walker. He can now sit down and stand back up on his own, and the bidet helps him clean himself independently. It has made life easier for both him and his wife, who used to have to assist him, and they are both noticeably happier.

Love this toilet/bidet. It's perfect for me. I have a hard time getting up from the toilet. Love the warm seat. Love everything about it!

The bidet works as it should. The design of the splash guard could be better. Redesign it so the tab is on the inside of the toilet. I like the fact that I didn't have to change the toilet. It fit perfect over mine. The seat could be redesigned so it is bigger, so it would be the same size as a regular elongated seat. It's hard to wipe if I would need to.

From the first phone call to the completed installation, everything was done in less than 7 days. I had a few questions because my toilet is not standard, so I called the company. The representative was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I ordered the LuxeLift with installation, and the installer called to schedule the appointment the same day the unit arrived.
