General Return Policy

• Return Window: You may return eligible items within 30 days of purchase. After this period, all sales are final.
• Unopened Items: Unopened items can be returned with a 15% restocking fee.
• Opened Items: Opened but unused items may be returned with a 25% restocking fee.

• Used Medical Equipment: Once a product has been used for hygienic purposes (e.g., a toilet lift has been installed and used), it cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

Return Shipping

• Buyer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If needed, we can provide a prepaid shipping label, and the cost will be deducted from the refund.
• Proper Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging. Items without original packaging cannot be returned and may be refused.
